U.S. Shipping

Shipping and returns are FREE on all orders in the continental U.S.  If shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, shipping fees will be added to checkout based on your address. 

Standard shipping typically takes 2-7 days to arrive on your doorstep.  Orders are shipped within 24 hours of your order. We do not ship on weekends.

Canada Shipping

Shipping, customs and duty is a flat fee of $80 CAD.  We do not accept returns but we do accept exchanges. 

Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 days to arrive on your doorstep.  Orders are shipped within 24 hours of your order. We do not ship on weekends.

PLEASE NOTE, if using a promo code to obtain free shipping to Canada, no returns for refund will be permitted. We are happy to exchange your order free of charge.

If you are shipping internationally through a freight forwarder, you are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the shipment and no returns or exchanges will be accepted on these orders.  In the event your package is lost while using a freight forwarder, ginger + dandelion is not liable and will not ship a replacement.
