My bloating-healing journey has not been linear, to say the least.  It’s more like a crazy rollercoaster ride of so many doctor appointments, food restrictions and lots of pain.  But if you get to the root cause of your stomach issues, managing your bloating becomes less of a mystery and you can pinpoint your triggers.  

After struggling with bloating for almost 20 years, what I’ve learned is that managing my stomach issues is a lifestyle.  One that I work hard at trying to heal, but I’ve come to terms that it will always be part of my life. 

Even though my gut issues are here to stay, finding out the root cause of my bloating has given me some pain free days that I CHERISH. 

Finding medical professionals like doctors, dietitians, nutritionists that talk about your LIFESTYLE will help you put together the pieces to figure out the root cause of your bloating, so you can manage it.  

It won’t be quick, and it won’t be easy, but there IS a way to feel good.
