Return policies for U.S. customers 

If somehow you don't love your items, we offer free returns for a 100% refund and $0 restocking fee and free exchanges.

How to qualify for free returns* 

• for U.S. customers only

• jeans have not been worn

• process your return within 30 days of receiving your item
  

• all tags must be attached to garment

*each customer can return up to 3 times, otherwise charged $10 per return

Your original payment will be processed and refunded in 7-10 business days. 

If U.S. customer, how you can exchange for another size 

We offer exchanges click here as long as your new size is in stock. Submit the return and choose the option for the new size.  If there is a price discrepancy, please reach out to team@gingeranddandelion.com to resolve it.
