3 Slim Straight Sizing Tips

• Jeans are mid-rise and meant to hit at or below your belly button as in the picture below.
• These jeans have a higher stretch content, so if you are in between sizes, go with the smaller size for the best fit.  Like all jeans, when you try on g+d jeans for the first time, they should be a little snug in the hips and waist.  
• When you are wearing the right size, the fabric will fit to your body within a few wears and not stretch out. 

To Find Your Size, Read Below

Take a soft measuring tape or string and measure your natural waist and low hip:

• Your natural waist is at the narrowest part of your torso (see picture).
• Your lower hip is at the widest part of your hip (see picture).
• Using those measurements, find your size in the chart above.  
• Important: If your natural waist measurement and low hip measurement show up on two different areas on the jean size chart, follow your low hip measurement.  Think about it, jeans rarely sit on your actual waist but they do need to go around your hips.

Sizing example from our founder: I am 5’4” and 115 lbs.  My waist is 31” and my hips are 36”, since I show up under two sizes, I followed my low hip measurement and a size 26 fits me perfectly.

Mid rise: 10” rise from crotch to top of waistband 

Inseam: 27” inseam from crotch to end of jean leg.  If you are 5’4 & under, the length will fall at the ankle or below, if you are 5’4 & over, they will have a cropped fit.
